Sorry. I just want to give you an honest review.
The spring rolls did not have much crunch and were a bit doughy, just a bit undercooked.
The spicy tofu was tough, probably overlooked, though you did ask if I was sure I wanted it. I should have asked why. This is also the second time I've had the sweet n sour pork. Tasty pork, but the onions are always tough, perhaps simmer them a little with the pork before adding the sauce.
As it sits, I cannot recommend Shan based on three tries. I am sorry.

Excellent food, very good. Great use of social media, contests, etc. to engage customers but the food would keep me coming back either way. The honey garlic ribs and black bean beef are particularly delicious.
