Palate Restaurant & Caf

This used to be a good restaurant, but the quality of service and food has dropped dramatically. Our last experience was horrible. We reserved a table and they sat us by the door. The table had four chairs and two settings. The manager/owner comes to the table doesn't even greet us, but tells us that we sat in the wrong seats because we didn't sit where the settings were set.

They didn't have the right cut of steak that was listed on the menu, but they still charged for the better cut even though we didn't receive it. They only had one dessert available after the meal. What was supposed to be a special night turned out to be a huge disappointment.

This is THE best restaurant in Fredericton. High quality ingredients used to make incredible dishes. The best breakfast I have ever had. Gained its reputation among food-lovers by providing extremely high quality food at wonderful prices!
