Subway Sandwiches & Salads

I like subway sandwiches and generally have had no problem with getting my sandwich made the way I want. But if I had a seafood allergy, I would be dead a couple of times over. I noticed this on Saturday at the Main st shop. This information is for the management. Please inform your sandwich tech that when someone orders a seafood sandwich and they spread it over the bread, please change the gloves, because if the seafood and gloves come in contact with each other and then the sandwich tech puts veggies on the bread, all the veggies are contaminated with seafood. My friend who does have an allergy to seafood, she carries epi pens with her, could not get the sandwich tech to understand that making the seafood sandwich for the previous customer and using the same gloves for the veggies, then moving onto her sandwich not a good thing to do.
So over all, foods ok, food preparation/safety questionable.
